Oversight hearing planned for land activities

Guam - The Legislative Land Committee will hold an oversight hearing this Thursday to get updates on various land activities of the Government of Guam. Monte Mesa, who runs the Department of Land Management, the Chamorro Land Trust Commission and the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission, is scheduled to take the hot seat before lawmakers providing information on things such as the CLTC's efforts to recover payments for those utilizing land trust property who have fallen behind on rent and new projects that officials are working on for the year.

The oversight hearing is scheduled for this Thursday at 5:30 in the evening.
