Guam - The Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission will spend the next two days finalizing their proposed rules and regulations. Guam International Airport Authority chief of police Bob Camacho says law enforcement agencies are working on health and wellness and physical fitness requirements, as well as training and education.
He said, "It helps us to come together as one and say this is what we believe is the standard of professionalism should be whether its at GCC or UOG, this is the type of training we should invoke to all peace officer."
Camacho adds the regulations will detail how much law enforcement authority the mayors, Rev & Tax investigators and entomologists will have since they too are peace officers.
