Man allegedly sexually molested 5-year-old

Guam - Accused of engaging in alleged sexual activity with a minor, Helmuth Reyes, 32, is behind bars. According to court documents, the victim told police that in 2008, when she was 5 years old, Reyes would have her take off her clothes and have sex with her on numerous occasions.

The report was forwarded to the Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigative Division for further investigation. Reyes was placed behind bars and charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony, 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony and child abuse as a misdemeanor.
