Guam - A 63-year-old man who allegedly told police he always drinks and drives was arrested after being involved in a two-car collision in Hagatna. Jesus Castro Sablan faces multiple charges of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol with injuries as a third degree felony and two counts of reckless driving with injuries.
Court documents state, Sablan allegedly rear ended another vehicle, sending two people to the Guam Memorial hospital. Police found an open can of beer inside his vehicle, and that's when he told authorities he didn't know you couldn't drink and drive.
Sablan was booked and confined.
