Guam - The nearly 20 bars and mom-and-pop stores that were shut down over the weekend will be fined for serving alcohol to underage drinkers as well as for serving alcohol after 2am. Guam Police and Alcohol Beverage Control personnel cited the establishments and gave them a 24- to 48-hour closure notice.
ABC board chairperson Lucia Perez tells KUAM News the board will begin the adjudication process and will determine the fines for each establishment during tomorrow's board meeting. Perez says the fines range from $1,500 to $5,000. No arrests were made.
