Guam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency is working with the companies involved in last week's major crash near Adelup to make sure the area is completely cleaned up. An Angoco dump truck collided with an IP&E tanker that was hauling jet fuel.

The roads were closed for several hours during the police investigation that's ongoing. The dump truck leaked oil onto the field at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Complex. State Historic Preservation Officer Lynda Aguon says her office provided the certificate of approval for Gresco to access the site.

Once the company gets proper permits, she says about a 64-square foot area that goes 2' deep will be dug up and cleaned.
