Guam - Looking for an effective way to communicate with multiple members across your organization? If so, the folks at IT&E may have just the product you are looking for. The company has just launched "Quicktalk" - their new push-to-talk service with a very alluring pricetag. The service allows users the ability to contact multiple parties at the same time with just the touch of a button.
Jaelene Leon Guerrero told KUAM News, "The benefits of the PTT is that, for example you have certain departments you want to get a hold of. Each department has like 20 people in them, you're able to get a hold of them all at one time instead of having to speed dial each of them, you know it's time consuming."
"With the push-to-talk, it's simple and easy which is what we're going for."
While similar services are already offered on island, Quicktalk differentiates itself from its competitors by being competitively priced, having great coverage, and being very user-friendly. IT&E offers five plans for their Quicktalk service, starting as low as $14.95 for their basic unlimited PTT service and peaking at $54.95 for unlimited push-to-talk as well as cellular service. All the packages also include free inter-island calling between Guam, Tinian and the CNMI. Look for Rota to be added to the regional coverage in the near future.
One of the biggest advantages of Quicktalk over other push-to-talk systems is its ease of use. Because Quicktalk runs over a data network, users are able to receive incoming PTT calls while talking on their cellphone and vice-versa. "Also while during a PTT call you're able to receive an incoming call, that's one of the benefits, you are able to see the incoming call and still get it other than like our competitors," said Leon Guerrero.
Users can build their own custom groups on their handset or online - no longer do they need to wait for a customer service representative to create the group for them.
IT&E currently offers three Quicktalk units with many more planned for release in the near future. Stop by today to inquire more.
