Guam - The lease for the Core Tech facility is the existing lease Government of Guam signed for its initial use as the interim JFK High School. According to the Governor's Education Liaison Vince Leon Guerrero, after further discussions with Core Tech the  biggest difference with the lease this time around is addressing collateral equipment as well as the maintenance agreement.

The final costs are being worked on, with Leon Guerrero saying, "We're trying to narrow down the costs for insurance. The maintenance issue is one that, Untalan is one of the fully outsourced maintenance schools so we need to engage with them whether or not they want that to carry over, do they want to use that for other purposes and things like that."

He estimates the cost of the lease will be less than what was charged for JFK at around $4 million. The lease for Tiyan begins on the first of February and runs through 2024. Also on the table is a lease to purchase option for the Core Tech facilities.
