Guam - A 26-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly sexually molested a 10-year-old girl in Chalan Pago. According to Attorney Curtis Van De Veld, his client, Kyle Evan Blas, was walking his dog when two young girls approached him. He says the victims allege that while they were petting the dog, Blas inappropriately touched one of the female minor's private parts. The minor ran away.

Blas denied any molestation occurred. He was in court Sunday to answer to the charges of two counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct. The prosecution recommended Blas be held on $5,000 cash bail, however the judge instead granted his release under the condition that he stay away from the victim's residence.

Blas has a preliminary hearing set for January 20 at 4pm.
