Man in mini-skirt arrested for robbery

Guam - A man wearing a pink mini-skirt was arrested on Christmas morning accused of beating and robbing a man in Tumon. Witnesses told police that they saw a female rob a man and beat him.  Officers found the suspect trying to hide behind a traffic light control panel. 

Norman Cruz allegedly slapped the officer and threw a tantrum while being arrested.  Cruz, who is also known as "Natalia", was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct, robbery, aggravated assault, theft of property and public drunkenness.
