Guam - Four kids are in the custody Of Child Protective Services after they were left unattended at the Dai Ichi Condos in Tamuning on Christmas Morning while their father was allegedly drinking beer at a bar waiting for his wife to finish working. GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says two little boys were seen on the second story balcony.

The kids said their mother was at work and their father had gone to pick her up.  Police arrived and noted that three of the four children had bruises on their body.  The children ranged in age from three to six years old. According to court documents, the floors of the apartment were found to be covered with mold and feces and a wet towel laid on the floor soaked with algae while cigarette butts overflowed from a cigarette tray.

Police arrested 30-year-old Jonathan Robert Brown and 24-year-old Warintip Loto on multiple counts of child abuse, and family violence.  Brown was also charged with assault.
