Guam - Heads-up for island motorists around the Windward Hills in Yona: starting Tuesday, Department of Public Works and contractor Sumitomo Mitsui Construction will be laying pavement on approximately 500 feet in front of the Mini Camachile Tree Store.
The project will require traffic lane changes and restrictions at various times during the course of the day. There will be delays, so you should consider alternative routes. Traffic controls will be in place beginning right around sunrise and will continue through 6:30pm tomorrow.
