Guam - Although the new John F. Kennedy High School campus has been open for students, there are more delays with the opening of the school's cafeteria. Public Health's Environmental Division was scheduled to conduct an inspection today but had to cancel because they're still waiting on paperwork from DOE's food services provider, Sodexo.
Since the start of the New Year, JFK students have been eating sandwiches prepared at Tamuning Elementary School. JFK administration officials are hoping the cafeteria will pass inspection before students return from Christmas Break.
