Guam - Because the government and the defense couldn't come to an agreement on the calculations for how much time she should spend behind bars, Sofia Vivas San Agustin's sentencing was continued until next March. San Agustin appeared in the District Court today.
She her co-defendant, Andres Sotelo, pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute methamphetamine hydrochloride and importing and distributing more than 50 grams of the drug Ice. The U.S. Probation Office must submit an amended presentence investigation report.
San Agustin was remanded to the custody of U.S. Marshals as she awaits her sentencing hearing, now scheduled for March 22.
