Guam - The Supreme Court of Guam shot down Jeremy Leslie's request for a new trial. He was convicted of performing sexual acts on a minor that he met on a social media site.
Leslie argued the minor's testimony was not credible because she lied about her age on her profile page, lied to a police officer and argued the victim wanted to date an older man.
The appellate court denied the appeal for numerous reasons, including the fact that the victim's testimony was corroborated by other witnesses including Leslie himself.
