Guam - Residents wanting to become registered voters or sign-up in the Decolonization Registry will be able to do so more conveniently. The Guam Election Commission is working with village mayors to identify three people in each village to become district registrars.
GEC executive director Maria Pangelinan told KUAM News, "As soon as the district registrars are trained, then we can do decolonization and voter registry at the village mayors' offices."
Pangelinan says the training will be begin next week.
