Guam - Wednesday afternoon was horrific for employees of Fukuda Enterprises. Dan Winis tried to help the man who was pinned under a forklift tire. The victim, identified as Paul Blas, 48 of Dededo, was trying to move a broken bus with the forklift when it flipped over, pinning him underneath.

Winis and others tried to pull Blas out, as Winis recalled, "We still keep trying we pulled the guy out and that's when the ambulance came and they demanding us not to touch…first time I look at the guy he was no more, he's smashed and I just feel sorry and cry to myself and help."

Blas did not work for Fukuda Enterprises. He was pronounced dead on Wednesday afternoon.  He died from a crushed chest, broken back and broken neck.
