Guam - In every community, there are individuals and organizations that go above and beyond to make a difference for the better and Guam is no exception. Over the past few months, nominations for the first annual KUAM Careforce Honors Awards were solicited from the public. A selection panel comprised of individuals from various local companies and community leaders helped determine honorees from qualified nominations received.
The honorees will be publicly announced and honored in an awards ceremony this Saturday, November 19th at the Cars Plus Showroom in Maite beginning at 6pm. Tickets are $25 and proceeds benefit Rigalu, the First Lady's Foundation providing awareness, advocacy, and support for foster care, early child development and sports tourism on Guam.
