Fly Guam cancels flights to Saipan, Hong Kong

Posted: Updated:

by Mindy Aguon

Guam - Fly Guam has canceled its flights to Saipan.  KUAM News contacted the Saipan reservation line and was told that the airline has canceled trips to our neighbor island for the remainder of the month.  Flights to Saipan are expected to resume on December 1.

Meanwhile, all flights to Hong Kong have been likewise canceled.  Fly Guam representatives on island could not provide any statements, only referring our inquiries to the company's CEO…who is currently off-island.  Those who had already purchased tickets are being notified by the Guam office and are being booked on another airline.

We were told by the Saipan reservationist that they are waiting on a flight schedule for the month of December, but flights to Nagoya and Palau are still on schedule.
