Guam - Benster Jim Benjamin is behind bars after breaking into the same Harmon upholstery shop twice just to steal four cans of butane. The owner of the rowel upholstery shop woke up after hearing someone in his kitchen.  He yelled at the suspect, who fled on foot.

The owner awoke a second time to find the same man again in his kitchen.  A confrontation ensued and Benjamin allegedly tackled the owner, punching him several times before fleeing the shop with several cans of butane.  He was found nearby inhaling the gas.

Benjamin was charged with robbery, burglary and attempted burglary.
