Guam - After two full days of deliberation, the jurors in the trial of Jimmy Song found him guilty of both manslaughter and aggravated assault. Song was accused of landing a fatal punch on Yun Mo Ku. The two argued in June at the Sing a Song Café in Harmon. Ku, the General Manager of the 7-Day Supermarket, died days after the altercation at the Guam Memorial Hospital. Song said he punched Ku out of self defense. Superior Court Judge Vern Perez ordered Song's immediate incarceration. He is tentatively scheduled to be sentenced on October 27th.
