Governor declares Alee Shelter Week

Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo proclaimed this week as Alee Shelter Week to bring awareness to the community of the important services they provide. The proclamation signing featured various Alee Shelter employees along with Miss Guam World 2nd Runner-Up Natalia Faculo, who received the Madeleine Bordallo Beauty With A Purpose award At the pageant for raising over $8,000 for the Alee Children's Shelter.

The Alee Children's Shelter was established 30 years ago and was established to help victims of domestic violence.
