Power outage affects northern villages, Mangilao

Guam - The Guam Power Authority has confirmed that there is an ongoing power outage affecting parts of Dededo, Latte Heights, Macheche, Yigo and Mangilao. GPA Communications Officer Sherry Perez says the cause of the outage has yet to be determined, but the utility agency is sending crews out in the villages to assess the problem and restore the power.
