Guam - The Guam Ancestral Lands Commission held a title hearing and public meeting this afternoon for a lot in Radio, Barrigada. Land agent Joey Leon Guerrero says the hearing allows the Commission to decide who is the rightful owner of the land and to ensure the property is returned to the original land owner or the heirs of the ostensible owner, Juan Leon Guerrero.

He said, "I think they will be happy with the eventual decision of the commission and I believe that it will eventually returned back to their grandfather or their father."

Once the Commission makes a decision on who the deed will go to, the matter will have to go to probate.
