Guam - Former Department of Labor Alien Labor Processing and Certification Division administrator Linda San Nicolas' sentencing has been pushed back yet again. Last year she pleaded guilty to accepting $16,000 in bribes. During her time as head of the division, records for thousands of alien workers who came to Guam since 1998 mysteriously went missing from the agency.
Hundreds of pages were ripped out of the agency's official logbook that had an account of fees that had been generated for each alien worker on Guam. Today's sentencing was pushed back until November.
