Guam - The Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division has forwarded their findings into an assault complaint during the airport's recent disaster exercise to the Attorney General's Office. GPD Spokesperson Officer A..J. Balajadia says the investigation is completed but the details of the case could not be disclosed.

CID agents investigated the assault complaint lodged against Airport Police officers by GCC volunteer Jimmy Lomibao. The airport terminated Safety Officer John Leon Guerrero and suspended Lieutenant Patrick Tydingco for their response during the exercise.

GPD says it will be up to the AG's Office to decide further disposition of the case.
