Couple arrested for alleged burglary

Guam - A couple was arrested for allegedly burglarizing an Agana Heights residence. According to the magistrate's complaint, police responded to the home where they found the front door pried open and damaged, along with several rooms inside. The victim reported a flat screen television, and iTouch, a desktop computer, jewelry, and four external hard drives tall valued at more than $8,000 were stolen along with credit cards, a federal credit union car and a US passport.

Court documents state the suspects were tracked after the pair attempted to use the credit cards at a gas station, and even purchased rims for their vehicle.

Police arrested 30 year old Joseph Ryan Constantino Mallo on charges of burglary, theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card, while 28 year old Judi Mae Rico Salas faces charges of forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft.
