Guam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency has uncovered another illegal dump prompting another investigation. Debris, tires and other trash were found along Route 8 in Barrigada between the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints and Subway. In a report to the District Court, the Guam EPA noted that the dump site may have been discovered by Guam Power Authority personnel.
The site also appears to have been recently bulldozed and cleared of vegetation. Guam EPA is still investigating who cleared the area and who would ultimately be responsible for the cleanup.
