Change of command at Big Navy

Guam - This time next week there will be a new commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas, as Captain Peter Lynch heads to Hawaii and Captain John Heckmann, Jr. takes over as commanding officer. He arrives from Norfolk, Virginia where he served as the executive officer of NAVFACT Mid-Atlantic.

A change of command ceremony is scheduled for next Wednesday on Big Navy.
