Guam - Camping permits for the liberation parade route will be issued starting tomorrow at eight o'clock in the morning. It's on a first come/first serve basis, so you'll need to get their early.

Parks & Rec will be issuing the permits at Paseo Stadium. The fee is $50 per space payable upon registration and you must have exact change. Only one permit will be issued per adult applicant after showing proof of a valid picture ID. A cleaning deposit of $75 will also be assessed and must be made payable to the Treasurer of Guam by cash or on-island checks only, and again exact change is mandatory.
