Offense on display at Little League regional tourney

PRESS RELEASE - The 2011 Asia Pacific (ASPAC) Little League Baseball Majors Regional Tournament continued play today at the Northern Region Sports Complex. Korea drew a bye on Saturday, July 09, 2011, and after getting their first game in today against the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas (CNMI), they took charge and got the shut out win 7-0. Korea's Lee Jung Seok was 2-for-3 with a solo homerun. Korea's offense racked up 11 hits in the winning effort. After a 4-1 win yesterday against Hong Kong, Guam sat out Sunday's action with the bye.
  
Pool play continues on Monday, July 11, 2011, with the Philippines taking a break with the bye.
