Guam - An alleged accomplice in the Vince Peredo murder is expected to plead guilty this week in the Superior Court. Cal-Jerome Delorie has signed a plea agreement for his role in Peredo's death.  The judge has not yet approved the plea deal so the details of what charges he will plead guilty to and what sentence he will receive have not yet been disclosed.

Delorie, Derrick Cruz, Darren Cruz, Zared Lizama and Shayne Terlaje are accused of breaking into Peredo's Yona home last year, beating him, leaving him to die and then stealing bags of marijuana from the home. Delorie is scheduled to appear in court this Wednesday while the others are scheduled to appear back in court on August 25 for a continued criminal trial setting.
