Guam - Although he was officially sworn in to the position in January, Major General Benny Paulino will formally take command of the Guam National Guard as the adjutant general during a Resumption of Command ceremony that will be held on the Adelup lawn tomorrow morning. It's not a change of command ceremony, but rather a resumption of command because General Paulino is returning to the position be held from 1996 through 2002.

Tomorrow's ceremony will be filled with several guard traditions such as trooping the line and pass in review. The public is invited to the ceremony which kicks off at nine in the morning.
