Guam - The Government of Guam's negotiation team for health insurance will begin reviewing the proposals submitted for the coming fiscal year's health insurance plan this week. KUAM News has learned that proposals were submitted by Calvo's SelectCare, Moylan's Netcare, and Staywell.
The negotiating team along with the government's consultant, The Hay Group, will meet beginning on Tuesday to rank each of the submissions. Negotiations are set to begin next week Monday with the highest ranked offeror.
Officials anticipate completing negotiations by mid-July with the contract to be reviewed and approved by the attorney general and the governor before the end of this month.
