Free STD/HIV testing at Micronesia Mall

Guam - The Department of Public Health and Social Services celebrated National HIV Testing Day on June 27. This year's theme is "Take the Test. Take Control." Free STD/HIV testing will be available on Thursday, June 30 from 10am. to noon at the Micronesia Mall.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an estimated one in five people with HIV are unaware of their HIV status. Locally, over 225 HIV cases have been reported to the Department of Public Health and Social Services since 1985. More information can be found at PrutehiHao.org.
