Guam - Supreme Court justices will decide whether the government gave adequate notice before approving a zone variance for the construction of several high-rise condominiums in Tamuning. Oral arguments were presented this morning.
Tamuning resident Mary Ann Sablan won her case against the Guam Land Use Commission after the court found that residents were notified of the hearings for Younex's plans to construct the Emerald Verace Condos. Younex filed a motion to intervene in the case and the GLUC appealed the judge's decision.
The high court took the matter under advisement.
