Guam - In BBL Baseball, Game 3 of this year's championship series is currently under protest. 2 days after the Moylan's ODC Braves tied the series at 1 apiece with a 5-3 win over the Islanders, last night's game was called with 1 away in the bottom of the 8th with the Braves leading 9-6.
The game was called after the rain started to pour in the 8th inning with the Braves looking to take a 2-1 lead in the best of 7 games. Glenn Fernandez was on the mound taking care of business for the Braves before the stoppage, Tony Yatar was 2-2 at the plate with 1 run, and John Salas was also 2-2 at the plate with a run.
Meanwhile, Game 4 is scheduled for Tuesday night at 7pm at the Paseo Stadium.
