Tri-intersection lanes shifting this week

Posted: Updated:

PRESS RELEASES - Please be advised that beginning Wednesday, June 22nd, there will be traffic changes at the Tri-Intersection project in Barrigada.

Starting Wednesday at approximately 9:00 am, drivers traveling on Route 10 from Mangilao will have a left-turn lane onto Route 8 and a right-turn lane onto Route 16.

Drivers turning left onto Route 10 from Route 16 are advised that the lane shift for the left turn will be further into the intersection and likewise, the right turn onto Route 10 from Route 8 will occur sooner than before.

"We are pleased that the construction for the Tri-Intersection project is moving forward," said Joanne Brown, DPW Director.  "We ask the public to be cognizant of the on-going construction efforts, pay close attention to all traffic control signs in the area and please drive safely."

The DPW thanks to public for their continued patience as they work to improve our island roads.
