Guam - University of Guam integrated marketing communications director Cathleen Moore-Linn issued the following statement regarding the allegations of academic fraud involving Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio. Moore-Linn said no complaint has been filed, adding, "Official complaints must be filed in writing and signed by the complainant. It is not the policy of the university to entertain anonymous complaints.
"Once the university receives the complaint, it is assessed to determine if the charges have merit or if they can be administratively resolved. If the complaint is determined to have merit we follow our policy in accordance with our student handbook."
