Man accused of sexual assault of mentally challenged teen

Guam - A 22-year old man is accused of sexually assaulting a mentally challenged pregnant teenager while they were riding on a 4-wheeler.  According to the magistrate's complaint, Juan Cerilo De Jesus Reyes was the passenger. He repeatedly touched the victim's private part while she was steering the quad around Agat.

She repeatedly told him to stop, but Reyes allegedly became angry and grabbed the handle bar and pulled it hard causing them to crash. The victim asked Reyes what if she hurt her stomach, to which he allegedly replied, "So? That's not my baby". The pregnant victim reportedly suffers from attention deficit disorder and has the mental capacity of a 4th grader.

Reyes was charged with 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, both as a 1st degree felonies.
