Guam - An argument over one man telling another to slow down in the village near his house because kids were playing along the road was apparently what sparked a disturbance on Friday night. 33-year-old Kenneth Marion Aquiningoc is behind bars on charges of attempted murder.
According to the magistrate's complaint, Aquiningnoc approached the man and threatened him while holding an axe and lunging at him with a knife trying to stab the victim in the chest. The suspect is accused of using the axe to damage two nearby cars.
Police arrived and arrested Aquiningnoc on charges of attempted murder, possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, and criminal mischief.
