Guam - The Consolidated Commission on Utilities has selected Guam Waterworks Authority chief engineer Martin Rousch as the agency's new general manager. The contract is still being finalized and the CCU expects to hold a press conference to introduce Rousch to the public next week.
As the chief engineer, Rousch is familiar with the operations of the utility as well as the infrastructure needs as required by the ongoing stipulated order.
