Guam - The Citi Foundation presented a $20,000 check to the Guam Community College this week to fund the Post-secondary education accessibility initiative. The grant allows for 20 graduating high school students and incoming seniors to take a six-week college preparation course, and get a head start on earning college credits.

GCC President Mary Okada states, "This is a perfect example of how businesses can work with GCC to provide workforce training for our residents, starting with our high school students and graduates. Citi Foundation's commitment to Guam's students signals commitment to our community. We are extremely grateful for their support."

The PSEAI classes begin on June27th. Interested students should contact their GCC CTE counselor at their respective high school or the GCC Dean's office at 735-0205.
