Guam - Reacting to today's special message by DOA's Benita Manglona, Senator Ben Pangelinan says he hopes aside from her "infomercial", it will be backed up by numbers.
"I certainly hope we're going to get the data behind the press releases. We have so many press releases telling us how things are, but the info and data behind those have not been made available. We still have not received detailed budgets of the departments and agencies. We've been promised that. Assuming that her infomercial is her testimony, we'll certainly discuss those matters and give my colleagues a chance to digest the presentation," he said.
Thursday's hearing on the supplemental budget and biennial budget gets underway at nine in the morning.
