Two in federal custody for drug distribution

Posted: Updated:

Guam - Norman Concepcion and Jason Coleman are in federal custody charged with conspiracy to distribute more than 300 grams of crystal methamphetamine. The two have been under surveillance by Drug Enforcement Administration agents since January, when authorities found various packages sent through the mail containing the drug Ice.

Last Friday DEA agents executed search warrants at Concepcion's residence on Tomas Rivera Street in Agat, as well as his ranch located on Route 2, where they found drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, scales, ledgers, postal notices and marijuana. Both men were arrested and court documents state that Coleman admitted that he worked as a handyman for Concepcion who allegedly has been selling drugs for at least two years.

Coleman told authorities he was paid for his work in meth.
