Guam - Earlier in the day firefighters were called to respond to another report in the area. Traffic to and from Cabras was blocked off after a report of an unidentified explosive device was called in. According to Port officials, Homeland Security and officials from the military's EOD unit determined the device was an MK-76 practice bomb.
The bomb was removed and the all-clear given just after 9:30 this morning.
