Guam - It marks the second time the same police officer has been arrested in less than two months. KUAM News has learned that Officer Paul Saturnio was confined on May 3 on charges of assault and family violence. According to the Magistrates Complaint, Saturnio had gotten into a verbal argument with a woman known to him.

He's accused of grabbing the victim's hair and throwing her down on the bed, he then struck her on the face and then allegedly choked her. It was in March Saturnio, who is assigned to the Agana Precinct, was arrested on similar charges after police responded to a disturbance at a home in Yona.

Saturnio is also the same police officer who recently claimed safe harbor, admitting to using drugs.
