Police find truck stolen from Mangilao condos

Guam - 27-year-old Julian Borja was arrested on charges of theft after he allegedly stole a 1997 Nissan pickup from the parking lot of the University Gardens Condo's in Mangilao last month. Family members told police that they spotted the vehicle in the Agat area Sunday evening.

Police later located the truck and pulled over Borja in the Hagatna area. Borja was placed behind bars on charges of  theft of a motor vehicle, theft of property, no insurance, expired registration, and two counts of no child restraint, as police say a 2-year-old and 7-month-old were also inside the vehicle.
