Guam - Former Department of Labor Alien Labor Processing and Certification Administrator Linda San Nicolas is scheduled to be sentenced in federal court Tuesday. The former DOL manager pleaded guilty in 2010 of accepting $16,000 in bribes.

During her time as head of the division, records for thousands of alien workers who came to Guam since 1998 mysteriously went missing from DOL. Hundreds of pages were ripped out the agency's official logbook that had an account of fees that had been generated for each alien worker on Guam.

Her sentencing Tuesday is scheduled for 9:30 in the morning before District Court Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood.
