Guam - Two high school students caught in possession of marijuana at school have been charged in separate indictments. Southern High School student Clayton John Peredo faces charges of manufacturing, distribution and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver in a drug-free school zone and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
He was busted with the drugs at the Santa Rita campus on April 11.
Two days later JFK High School senior Michael Anthony Thomas Beam was arrested accused of selling marijuana on campus. Beam faces charges of possession with the intent to deliver in a drug-free school zone and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Both students were suspended from school and also face the possibility of expulsion.
A longtime Guam Police officer finds himself on the other side of law. Police officer three Dennis Santos is now in custody at the Department of Corrections. His arrest is in connection to the July 4th car crash that occurred along Marine Corps Drive by KMore >>
